Premenopausal simple cyst

Asymptomatic, simple-appearing adnexal cysts on ultrasound. "Superior visualization" means the whole cyst wall is clearly seen and the reader is confident the cyst is simple.

Applies only to cysts that are simple on US: anechoic, smooth thin wall, posterior enhancement, no solid component or internal flow. Anything else needs O-RADS US or further characterization.
